1. Who we are and what this covers

VC Trader is a product of Vanquish Capital Technologies, based in the United Kingdom. This policy covers the marketing website at vctraderai.com, website enquiries and early-access applications. It does not cover brokerage accounts, trading activity or data processed inside the VC Trader application; those arrangements will be explained separately before access.

2. Information you provide

When you contact us or use a connected application form, we receive your name, email address and the information you choose to share. Applications may include your trading connection, broker or platform, workflow and priorities. Enquiries include a topic and message.

Required fields help us understand and answer your request. Optional fields are your choice. You are not required by law to apply; without contact details, we may be unable to reply. Please do not send passwords, broker credentials, API keys, account identifiers or sensitive personal information.

The forms in the current website preview are simulations. Their entries stay in the open page's memory and are not submitted or saved by the website. Emailing us is a real communication, separate from that simulation.

3. Website and referral information

Hosting and security services may process your IP address, browser information, requested pages and access times to deliver and protect the website. A connected form may also include its source page, submission time, referral source and campaign tags so we can understand where an enquiry came from.

The website code does not currently include advertising pixels, analytics scripts or persistent storage of form entries. If we introduce optional tracking or storage that requires consent, we will explain it and request consent before enabling it.

4. Why we use information

• To answer enquiries, review applications and discuss access you have requested. Where this is necessary to take steps towards a contract at your request, we rely on that basis.
• To manage other correspondence, understand referral sources and protect the website. We rely on legitimate interests in running and securing the business, balanced against your rights.
• To meet applicable legal obligations, where they require us to keep or disclose information.

Submitting a form does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter. Applications are reviewed personally; we do not make admission decisions solely through automated processing.

5. Providers and international processing

Information may be handled by providers supporting website hosting, security, enquiry storage and email delivery, and by advisers or authorities where necessary for a legal obligation or claim. We do not sell application or enquiry details.

This review website is hosted through Cloudflare. AWS is the planned production hosting and form-service provider. Live form handling remains disabled while its storage, email delivery, provider locations and any required international-transfer safeguards are verified. You can contact us for details of the arrangements relevant to your information.

6. How long we keep information

We keep correspondence and application information only as long as reasonably needed to answer you, complete the access discussion and maintain necessary records. We consider whether the conversation is active, whether you become a customer, and whether legal duties or a dispute require continued retention. Information no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised.

Before connected forms launch, their retention and deletion process will be confirmed. Customer-service and transaction records will have separate retention information.

7. Your rights

Depending on the applicable law and processing basis, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information. These rights have conditions and are not absolute.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email contact@vctraderai.com to make a request; we may need to verify your identity.

You can also complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office, or another supervisory authority available to you under applicable law.

8. Other websites and updates

Links to brokers, AI providers, social platforms and other websites lead to services with their own privacy terms. This policy does not govern those services.

We will update this policy when the website's data handling changes. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
